In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about how and why we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data. What information do we collect from you?
We will collect and process the following data about you:
Information you give us. This is information about you that you give us by filling in forms on our site or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, address, email address and phone number.

Information we receive from other sources. We work closely with other organisations, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. When you click on an advert about us or download from a social media site, we may receive information about your profile and your expression of interest from those sources.
How we use your information
When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask for your name, contact telephone number and email address, which we use to respond to your enquiry and follow up on your interest. When you subscribe to our newsletter, enter a prize draw, or download a free report, we ask for your consent to email you information about our products and other things we feel might be of interest to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, and we will stop sending it.
Your name and email address are shared with our email marketing service provider, Letterman.ai; prize draw entries with our provider, UpViral; and SMS/mobile numbers with our SMS service provider, ContactReach. Each of these companies has contractually committed to providing appropriate safeguards for your personal data in line with the legal requirements of the European Union. We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep your personal data for as long as we produce and distribute the relevant service. If you withdraw your consent, we will mark your details so that they are not used, and delete them after two years.
